Yes, exactly, knowing who bought is what I'm very interested in, one would expect a 'reciprocal' Form 603 as a 'subs holders' for the buyer... Hard to believe that volume has been 'dispersed' across retail investors in such a short time, possible, but I suspect unlikely...

I'd suggest another fund (as a nominee for another bidder perhaps), may have arranged to 'buy' CGC's VLA holding, alongside perhaps an 'off-market' premium to solidify a potential 'counter-bidders' position, while also buying up the 'CGC parcel' vs the 'market volume delta' we've seen over the past week or so...

Watching on with precision interest atm...
