So from what i can see, Gruyere Holdings Pty Ltd hedged their position in 2017 by selling a call option.

I dont wish to imply any wrongdoing or anything untoward has occurred, but this is what i glean from the original Ann in 2017
The option expired. It would be hard to tell who did better out of the trade without knowing any strike prices or premiums paid. Assumptions on prices at the time vs prices at the moment would be require.
Now as far as the sale of the ~2M shares or so, as @Davisite says, it was in 2017. Im not sure why it is in the current notice. It may have affected the holdings in totalitynot sure
