PEN went through share consolidation for the purpose of Dual Listing on NSE (1:40 ratio consolidation). It all ended in disaster. Initially after consolidation PEN traded above $1.10 cent then slowly slowly plunged down to 25 cents or near by. Neither it got dual listing, at the same time holders lost 75% valuation after Share Consolidation.

Let us hope BDR don't end in same way. However as they say, History always repeat as nobody has ever learnt from others mistakes
