According to OZL offer hotline, after the expiry of the current offer they will move to Dissenters Rights and compulsory aquisition. The terms of compulsory aquisition carry the same payment as the offer (cash + scrip).
So if you're like me, and need a bit more time to get the maximum tax benefit, I'd recommend calling OZL 1300 330 255 and finding out more for yourself.
