If you believe that Regal is close enough to Tolga to have some "inside knowledge" then why did they wait until November/December to load up between 10-21c? Surely they could've taken a position 12 months ago at 5-6c like Tolga did.
Personally I place more weighting on Tom Eadie recently becoming Chairman than the fact that Julian Babarczy has bought the high and sold the low. Tom would have a more intimate knowledge of the company than anyone and he's got better things to do than waste his time on penny stocks with no future.
