...... I think you are right - but a bit early. Definitely being set up for sale but not at these prices.
If you are going to pay a premium you would want to see the turn around happening - LFL growing - rollout of Main Event increasing and the outcome of the Coroners inquiry.
Another 12 months I think. If it doesn't happen though there still should be good SP growth.
