Honestly you're over-stressed when sp didn't go up. If you couldn't handle the fear and worry, then stay away from a screen. This's best for you and your health. The more you're obsessed looking at screen, the more stress you got. The common mistake which some investors made is too obsessed in front of a screen. Another one is a panic sell like last Thursday. If those who were not obsessed in front of a screen last Thursday, then they still held their shares without a 10% loss.
