I was a holder who got stopped out at my entry price. There is no denying that the technology can affect millions of lives.

There are two scenarios:
1. The company raises cash now and starts spending significantly more cash on commercialising the technology to create a profitable business and use those profits to research/improve the tech can be used to detect other diseases.
2. The company raises cash later and spends less money to research the technology slowly to develop detection against other diseases and then commercialise it, likely leading to huge dilution to stakeholders through multiple cash raises, but will still work in the long run.

Personally, as a potential future holder, I hope the company is aiming for scenario 1 because it is faster and will lead to huge shareholder value appreciation in the next year.

Scenario 2 will still achieve this but it will take many more years. If the board of directors is going for scenario 2, that's very disappointing because it means they want to perfect this technology. (It's like saying that you will not release V1 for an app and will wait for V2 before showing the app to the market.)

Scenario 1 will work best as it will remove the need for future capital raises and create a profitable business for shareholders
