According to the notice, WWM received $900,000 plus 1,090,909 redeemable convertible preference shares as consideration for 5,031,163 OTR shares.
Leaving aside whatever value attaches to the RCPS might, the cash component equates to a share price for the 5 million odd OTR shares of $0.179.

I can only wonder whether that is at all reflective of  what OTR shares are worth or is it a mirage.
The 2.2m shares in the previously notified transaction by SOL changed hands for a peppercorn total consideration of one dollar.
Consequently, I assumed that my shares in OTR are probably worth somewhat less than two flat rocks.

What is going on?
