Yep. Also I fail to see how a company can issue 8M shares at $0.005 after last trading at $0.31 and the next day go into voluntary receivership. How is that even legal, its certainly not moral? Even if they relist at 1c (and lets face it the 8M buyer would have to know more than we do!) that person is going to make a quick $40k. Dodgy as all hell imo.
