834,000,000 shares on issue times .03 = $2.5 million market cap. from quarterly company had $4.05 million in bank with about $2 million R&D spent which they will get back. as we speak they should have $3-$5 million in bank with shell. clean shell with no large insto shareholders is what you want and they are gone so shell is worth $1 - $2 million.
IMO fair value is .06/.07 with no product
IMO if new product is found then 1 /1.3 cents
