What concerns me more is that they MAY be keeping the price down to get the average down for a T/O. Has happened to me recently where the proxies of the buyer ensured the weighted average was lower than it probably should have been and then the board were presented with an offer at 20% more than average which the useless bastards accepted. 20% return on your funds when you have bought low is quite a good return.
However I think any suitors have missed the bus by now. The price is now too high.
