they are the worlds largest index manager. they may have small inflows and outflows of funds each day that will require transactions and rebalancing of portfolios. if they are bang in the sub shareholder level it could trigger and announcement every day. managing index / passive money is not always as "passive" as some may think.
they do have a big active managment book also.
