Maybe Resource Capital Fund VI L.P (RCF VI) purchased PALA block shares! As there both joined with regards to the convertible note. At the end of the day, I will take this as a positive until more clarification is given by PEN. Should be getting preliminary results soon, sp could do with lift. Uranium spot in the doldrums until s232 finalized, more clarification needed!!
