my 2c worth...
it actually reads "dilution/on market share sales".
it also reads number of securities and votes affected as 35,675,000 for consideration of $221,805.92 - giving an average selling price of 0.0062c
if all they had was 35,675,000 on the roster then i can't see where dilution comes into play, and they have in fact sold out.
it would be clearer if they stated their position before and after the event as sometimes happens.
but from that piece of paper alone, i'd say they have sold out completely.
