I don't think a CA loss is priced in yet. I'd say the share price has partially priced it in but if CCV lose hard the price will plummet with not a lot of support. This has been such a horrible investment. Can I please have the last 5 years of my life back?
No matter what happens it's a horrible look for them as they have settled two CA's and who knows about this third. Why did they put the company in such a vulnerabe position? Surely this goes to judgement at some level when they designed those types of fees and loans. I'm sure they had legal advice at the time which was clearly wrong - so again even giving them the benefit of the doubt they made massive errors on who to trust/what advice to believe.
