The result is weaker than most people expected. There are still deep seated operational issues. Directors and CEO bailed. Lawsuit lurking at the background. Potentially more lawsuit and uncertainty of the new guy and new regulation. If treating it as a financial stocks, most banks are hammered in past 12 months. Same thing with retail stocks.
Don't see how this stock can stage a rally until at least clarity surrounding the lawsuit and then some form of stability for 12 months and improvement in operation and financial result to allay investor concern.
