A few years back Glencore did put CSA up for sale at a full value price. There were plenty of tyre kickers but no sale. Instead Glencore decided that copper was the place to be and spent significant money at CSA on mill and shaft upgrades for the next 10 years plus. So Glencore will keep producing low impurity copper concentrate they can trade around the world. (And blend with less pure concentrates)
