Someone close to a business who buys in or increases their holding, you can safely assume has positive views on the companies prospects. But selling does not necessarily imply they hold negative views. HOWEVER to sell out so much lower than recent highs is a worry in my opinion. Personally I'd hate to think I could have been millions better off if I'd only sold a few months ago and there'd have to be a hell of a good reason...hopefully that reason doesn't relate to the company.
