I just went back and read the RGL prospectus.Interestingly, in the independent's report (5.7 from memory) RGL had a budget of $200K for the Cambodian projects for 2017, 2018 which was mostly to keep on care and maintenance until the leases were approved ... at which time they were going to look for a JV partner.
So, since the prospectus back in 2017 the applications have been pending ...
