    Why would he be selling if he sees a good future for the company?

    The company seems like a quarter or two away from needing to do a capital raising. In the last 9 months to 31 march the cash receipt was 49M but the spend was 54M (Net Cash was negative 5M)? Even in the previous quarter to 31 march the cash receipt was 20M but the spend was 21M. Seems like they are not making profits at all.

    They have 5M left in the bank and expects the spending for mar-jun quarter to be 21M. So does this means if they fail to sell 16M worth of goods from March to Jun they would be completely dry as in they would have spent all the 5M in the bank?

    Am I missing something?
