I am no expert in reading these notices. Here are my 5 cents:
On 30 May, they acquired some 33m shares and now they have reduced it by some 1.8m shares. They are not out yet - just back under the 5% threshold.
Interestingly, on 31 May, the day after they took the 33m stake we get the downgraded guidance. So that tells us something about their intent and also the information they have access to. Make up your own mind. I think it's fair to say they are not strategic investors in the future of SBM.
Nevertheless, the chart shows that the most severe selling pressure is over for the time being.
