Had another look at the previous notice:
They didn't take the whole 33m stake on one day (30 May) but rather over a longer period since the beginning of the year. So I'll withdraw my point about them fully getting in just before the downgrade.
Still, they seem to be playing (shorting?) with SBM rather than taking a strategic stake.
