With the extra shares on issue, it'll cost an additional $13.5m to maintain the 12cps full year dividend. That extra cost can easily be absorbed by cashflows and won't be affected at all by Atlantic (Atlantic is self-funding). That's just my opinion so DYOR.
It makes for a very appealing yield. Buying at $2.61 will yield 3% on the H2 divvie alone.
