Hey @Stuman1 ... If a Sub Holder reaches more than 5% holding in an ASX listed company they are required to announce this to the market within 2 business days .... given that someone / an organisation bought JRO's holding of 11.8% in one foul swoop last Thursday (we assume it was one person/company) then they have until midnight tonight to advise the market by lodging a Sub Holder Notice

If JRO's holding was purchased by a group of people and it was to be divided up in less than 5% holding and once added to their existing holding did not tip them over the 5% threshold, then we won't see any notices ..... its a real live scenario of "time will tell" .....
