I thought the time recorded was when the trade took place.

I'm wondering whether Regal Funds drop below 5% was due to a desire to quit the stock or just crystallising losses for tax purposes.

The fact that they bought a million back the same day they sold would seem to indicate it might be the latter. Or were they just supporting the market price while they were nett sellers?

The trading police suspended my account the only day I tried to have buys and sells in the market at the same time. I guess you have to be careful not to that.
