Why? He was the only one that had enough skin in the game to actually know / care what he was doing. A lot of the things he warned about when he was on the board are now coming to light. The board (directly) own around 140k shares... he still owns 6.9m. I wonder who actually had more to gain from sweeping stuff under the rug here instead of fixing them. Not to mention the Chairmans other company (Arrow Global) is down 50+% from peak - great management there.
But that's water under the bridge and I hope things improve.
