Excellent summary Minrose. I've been accumulating for ages on the basis of "cash-flow-positive" expectation. When the CR was announced I contacted the company and got a response from the CEO.

But when I read the CR it appeared worse than I felt I could have expected.

Then the director left, then a substantial holder reduced.

I bailed out to pursue elsewhere (which was the first dip through 8c). Big red outcome. But no issues, that's investing. But I have had enough! No more hold and hope!

Perhaps SE1 has a great future, but IMO it's about trust ... and that cash-flow-positive statement was so wrong - they must have known beforehand - can't have been a mistake and if it was it was their mistake.
