well.... sounds like he is very busy and looks like he blew his opportunity to sell his CCA shares when CCA was trading over $1 in early 2018
at CCA listing, he held 10,762,463
at 28/9/19, he held 10,231,820
therefore basically unchanged holding and probably did not have his eye on the ball due to other commitments
