I think this seller is selling under Bell Potter. Broker data suggests that they sold 8 million shares between 01/10/19 to 16/10/19.

I would imagine that was the last of the dumping from him on Friday, selling at any price and yesterday's lower volume was traders probably getting shaken out.

Happy buyer in the low 20s waiting for news with this market cap and potential.

Saw similar thing happen with LCK late last year/early this year with an old MD dumping a bucketload in the 16c region before the massive spike to 40c.
