49.7mil by my calculation. Now they are under the 5% mark, they are no longer required to inform the market of their movements as of last Friday.
They may have indeed sold greater than what was reported on Friday, as they are only required to report the amount to meet the substantial notice requirements. My guess is they did offload more on Friday.
If Regal didn’t sell greater than what was reported in the change in sub notice, taking into account the volume on market yesterday and today, if Regal didn’t account for greater than 80% of the selling, they would be lucky to have 10-15mil left.
I doesn’t make sense for them not to have taken advantage of the firm bid that is camped out at 1.1c and finish off the last of their holding.
Would be interested to know who the buyer of size was.
