The next couple or months will be telling. As a long term holder and with potentially big news around the corner I would have thought they would have hanged in their and then considered offloading for a premium. That is what makes me doubt what is coming around the corner. I hopefully can see a lot of positives, the negative that might come out is the write of summons in the Supreme Court. If it turns out to be an expensive legal battle and the company loses how will they fund it??
It’s all good that we managed to get through a capital raise but after all those shares that were printed we only injected around $4 million. How long will this last until we need to raise again? A potentially costly legal battle loss and with no revenue at this stage it could be sooner than what a lot of us expect
