The trading is strange and not just the selling.
The seller finished up at the company in February 2019. Waited for the downtrend to stop around mid year and then decided to start selling their position at a relatively low price.
HC was “aware” of the seller and everyone still started to pay up when clearly the seller was willing to part with their shares at double digit percentage points lower than the current price.
