If they were to go with a script offer what script do you see them offering us?
I have done a bit of web surfing on old mate and it appears he is the greatest thing since sliced bread in China and with Chinese Malays. The attached list of activities is mind boggling.

I have no idea what this is about or where it is going but would like to share some thoughts:
(a) This guy is patriotically Chinese and his loyalty may lay in China rather than Malaysia. He could in fact be on Yunnan's Team.
(b) This is about access to tin going forward not making a buck.
(c) These people may have access to serious money.
(d) It is two plays:
(i) Greentech's 50% of the tin and it would appear they are there.
(ii) MLX's 50% of the tin. Which is clearly of concern to us.
(e) There has been massive turnover in MLX shares with no changed holding notices what is that about? A lot of must be shorting, day trading and some exiting. I personally have been buying and selling on daily movement but not to make a quid rather to crystallize losses to offset against other income. How much if any is players picking up positions prior to a take over attempt?
(f) Does the blatant dumping actually constitute establishing a low share price for a take over offer? It could be related to the shorting and someone with a large parcel selling out over time.
(g) Tins future is pretty exciting and numerous other parties could be looking at the best way to screw this pooch.
(h) If the Chinese are after the tin it may well be best to go via JV buy out rather than TO as that could go anywhere and may involve FRB. In this scenario MLX could end up with Nifty, Wingellina and a bunch of cash or 100% of Renison with the assistance of someone like Toyota Tsusho Corporation who took a position in KAS for access to tin. They are in ORE presumably to give them stable access to lithium.
(i) Perhaps there is no pending TO offer or perhaps one will come from left field by another player.
I have no fxxhing idea but will continue to hold and hope for the best.
