15/10 – L1 become sub holder
15/10 – 21/10 – L1 build position from initial 55m shares to 137m shares at undisclosed price… SP averages 20cps on market during this time
15/11 – Nifty review
26/11 – Nifty placed into C&M
15/11 – 13/12… 280m shares change hands of which only 56m is accounted for being the sale by Perennial. SP driven down from 20cps to 9.7cps and 30-day VWAP now sub 13cps
