I’m making assumptions here but here my speculation...
oldmate buys up 30% of greentech to 3 Dec (fact), probably more now and probably has over 50%. He kicks the existing board out and puts his mates in. He cuts the offtake to Yunnan which I think finishes in early 2021 which is the 50% share of Renison is held by YT Parksong (82% greentech, 18% Yunnan). He redirects that offtake (circa 5ktpa Sn) to his mates Malay tin smelter then lobs in to buy the other 50% of Renison off MLX as the DRC asset is slow going and Myanmar and indo aren’t delivering on their concentrate... Malay tin lives on and theres a new Don in town
