Sub 10c where market cap < $40mil would be an acceptable risk. 8c is an Ok entry.
They have been relying on milestone payments to cover the annual expenses.
My concern is their current excessive annual spending rate of $35mil with sale revenue <$6mil atm. They might have to raise capital this year ?
