I'm guessing that now Preempt is on the board it must be seen as a level playing field and not by the board member who holds the most votes.
So, we've basically lost Preempt's SH voting muscle.
If only the rest of the board and our 'Lifestyle' CEO held the same sort of personal shareholding as Preempt, they may then work for the benefit of the company AND the shareholders and not just themselves.
Preempt's position just got more difficult but he's on the board and he's the voice of us shareholders all be it without his 76.6k votes.
