I don't know what's more exciting watching paint dry or management destroy the value of a company through dilution of existing long term shareholders!

cheap.placements only work when the winner placee follows thrpugh with buying on the market. ... the company would have raised the same money through a rights issue imo. Which would have been fairer.

Now existing holders are too scared to buy because they don't know when they will be blown out of the water next by a cheeky cheap placement. And the new entrants are not buying despite getting the cheap shares at the expense of existing holders.
