no doubt using the previous borrowed ones to trash the price killed and forced a lot of margin players they were lending to take a loss and for the banks some nice interest debt and brokerage
I suppose CS will be next,
funds that lent probably hem behind on their renting deal

To stomp this predatory practice out where fund all lend to each other and fund members get smashed all they have to do is deem the lending a sale
which would mean tax!
I mean if you are a long term holder just sell, don't lend them for a % and see your members cop capital losses,,,,,,,,,just because you sit on a big capital gian and looking forbit rental revenue,
just sell, pay tax, no one went broke paying tax on a big gain
