My point Jim is simply that the announcement that SPX posted on April 17 (Qaurterly) shows that A Barton & Assoc still had 6.5% of Spectrum and I would believe by the handwritten notice lodged today it will count for all of his shares from his associated entities giving RMS a welcome parcel of shares as they try to head towards 90%.
