agree on many points, but ceasing to be a substantial holder isn’t always bad news it means they took some profits too they are people after all and usually the starter investors .Theres so much turnover from new investors getting in they can’t keep the lions share and hold the batton forever ,most have probably been in for a long time and the sell target got hit so they play by that set of rules even though the price,hype and results may well exceed their initial hopes and targets in the long run.When company market caps get larger so does the register it’s the life of a stock that is becoming successful, hopefully it’s a long term rerate for all involved, A SPP would be a good choice here instead of a placement regarding funds just my opinion to keep the ball rolling
