They still hold 37 odd million. My guess is that they sold all or a portion of their allocation number (but not the actual shares as they haven’t been released yet) taking them below 5% which explains the ceasing of substantial holder notice. Once the new shares are released there most likely will be another notice taking them back over 5%....pretty bloody cheeky really.
