According to Australia's financial law it is illegal to change/trade a company's shares while on suspension from official quotation.
This company has file for chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, with intention to recapitalise its balance sheet.
This mean no one under the law is allowed to trade until the court reach a verdict, period. No off-market or broker to broker is allowed. You are not allowed to do off-market trade even if want to, so how they are allowed to do that.
Investors deserve to know the truth. I'm very confident that any Australian court will find this practice Illegal.
