    I would suggest otherwise. if you wanted to sell me your shares today off market what is stopping us coming to an agreement ? Of course you would want a clause in the agreement whereby payment was deferred . Sounds odd but I have seen it before, i think it may ave been on CDC Chinese Dairy Corp or GCN, Go Connect.
    The rules differ depending on your size and wealth.
