    I don't think IML have fully sold out yet .... the 'ceasing to be sub holder" notice only indicates they have decreased their holding below 5% ..... if they are really wanting to divest their entire Myer holdings they may continue to sell on market or they may do a deal with one of the other Sub Holders for a block trade at an agreed price

    It does mean however that IML who were once behind this management team have now decided they want out for some reason ? I am still tipping Sol Lew will TO Myer by Christmas - many of his stores under PMV have leases due for renewal this year and IMO he will TO Myer and bring them all in under the one roof ?

    In a separate statement, Premier took a swipe at Myer's other major institutional shareholders - Anton Tagliaferro's Investors Mutual, which has a 9.8 per cent stake; and Geoff Wilson's Wilson Asset Management, which has 5.5 per cent. Both have backed the current board and management.
