    Release allows Doug to negotiate his support for a new scheme with Apex. Maybe he’s in for a busy weekend! Assume new deal or not, ZEN will need to make a market announcement before the market opens Monday morning.

    Is ZEN now required to pay PEP a $1.5m break fee?
