My thoughts: Anything is possible with prices in the short term, but I suspect that once "rights participation selling" and tax-loss selling subsides - supply of stock will reduce.What really matters to me however, is what earnings will look like once we've settled into the "new normal". If sports can resume without too much interruption, and if the new "product" does not lose too much customer appeal (eg due to playing with no crowds), and the global streaming wars are not too damaging to SKT, then I believe SKT is very under valued. If on the other hand things do not pan out quite so well, then anything is possible.
