Perennial have been a long term supporter of Veris, but they too have had eneogh of the incompetence of the board and senior management.
These transactions will pretty well see them 'over and out' I reckon.
IMO the shares will be taken up by board members, advisory group members and those closest to the board and senior management.
This raises a concern. Those (largely) who were responsible for destroying shareholder value in the business, are now reaping a substantive benefit by acquiring shares, sub 4 cents, that their very actions have been responsible for delivering. This supposes, of course, that history doesn't repeat itself!!
Epic fail here. Many reputations shot to pieces.
