The company is obliged to contact and check with Substantial Holders at least once yearly when drafting the Annual Report. The company needs to ensure the Top 20 disclosure in the AR is accurate.

Substantial Holder reports are compiled and forwarded to the ASX by the holder and NOT the company.

In the case of the latest delayed SH report it was the shareholders responsibility to raise the form. They did so four months late. No penalty or explanation is required to be provided to anyone. No copy of the report or explanation needs to be sent to the company or ASX for explanation.

Why did Ven Capital reduce their holding and not advise the ASX and in turn shareholders? It’s their business. Nothing to do with Lindian Resources management. Lindian was not required to comment on the late reporting.

So all that was posted on HC about LIN suppressing information etc is crap. It’s important that facts are known especially with so many down rampers looking to discredit the company and its management.

I hope that the above research clarifies the situation. Facts are important.

everyone knows what you wrote and it is irrelevant

the late lodger appear to be a family relative of the chairman and a business associate of one of the directors

also, the later lodger, probably due to their relationship with the board of directors, appeared to be given preferential status in a major placement made by the company

it looks bad to many of us

also, the fact that you keep writing on this forum your alleged info from the company also looks bad to many of us
